I've switched from an Intel iMac running Catalina (AC25) to a silicon Mac Studio running Sonoma (AC27).
When I open "page setup" in Archicad and select my large format printer, I don't see any of the predefined paper sizes.
Note: I do see them listed if I print from Photoshop, Chrome, Photos, or Preview.
I tried to create a custom paper size (24"x36"), but when I set it to use the printer's margins,
it resets the width to 708" (I think that's the max. width I can print off the roll).
The only way I can currently print is to publish drawings to PDF's, then open and print from Preview.
Anyone have the same issue?
The attached images show the print dialog in AC25 and AC27
Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon Sonoma 14.4.1

I reached out to Graphisoft Support and they directed me to an apple discussion.
Missing page sizes on printer...
Seems the issue started with OS14.4, but is now resolved with the OS14.5 update.
Thank you Henry.
