ArchiCAD REINSTALL!

I have to reinstall ArchiCAD 13 for it to work the support people have said..

How do i save my custom files i have created like composite files? template files etc so i dont need to re do them all??

You might have a problem if you stored your files in the ArchiCAD program folder. Otherwise it should be no problem.
