ArchiGlazing Sketch Window problems

Can anyone tell me if there are some tricks to getting ArchiGlazing to work?

I find that quite often when I try to do a sketch window AG says I have to use 2d lines even although thats what I have selected. If I try again with the same bunch of lines it works without any problem.

The other major pain is that I can't get it to do windows with mullions and transomes. I've attached an example.

The version of ArchiGlazing I have is 1.7 and as far as I can find that is the current version.

version 1.7 is the newest... works with me... a problem i had some times is that i had a line or two overlapping and this caused problems... you have grouped the perimeter?

Checked for overlapping lines - none found

I gouped the external lines as one group and grouped the mullions and transomes as another group and got the attached result.

Still no cigar
