Archicad 20, can't reorganize any views in View Map or drag from Layout into Publisher Set

Hello,

I just loaded Archicad 20 on a new machine and where I could previously work within the Project Map, View Map, Layout Book, and Publisher Sets, on my previous computer, to reorganize and move views around, I can no longer do this. Can you please help me and tell me why I can't do this? I need to be able to drag from the Layout Book into the Publisher set and I can't.

I'm working in Archicad 20 3016 USA Full, and I'm working on a macOS Mojave, version 10.14.5 iMac.

First update Archicad to the latest AC 20 release, 8005, then try
