Dunno, but you can try to replace 25 with 24:

defaults delete com.graphisoft.archicad24 NSNavPanelExpandedSizeForSaveMode
defaults delete com.graphisoft.archicad24 NSNavPanelExpandedSizeForOpenMode

you can use my Shortcut for Archicad 23 - and edit it, just by changing 23 to 24 or 25.

It works lightning fast and it became no more annoying

The preview build 7000 states that bug as fixed. Don't update if you are working with others in teamwork tho, projects opened with b7000 won't be usable on previous builds.
