Archicad 26 Cannot Read Plan File

Good morning, I have a huge problem with the Archicad file. I get the message "cannot read plan file" and this is the semester project file that I was supposed to hand in on Monday. Please help. Only you can save me

Go to https://graphisoftid.Graphisoft.com

Log in with your Graphisoft ID

Go to 'Online Services' from the bar at the top of the window and then select Graphisoft Educational Licenses My Archicad.com.

A new page will load that shows your allocated licenses. In the top right hand corner there should be a 'Get in Touch' button. Select that. That should then show your local distributor with a contact link for them and maybe also a specific one for the educational version. That's what is shown in the UK.
