I can open archicad 28 without opening any project but if i start a new one or open any old project it crashes and bug report. I tried to uninstal the windows update but it didnt help. Do you have any idea what can i try? I was thinking about reinstal archicad 28 but in my project i used some imported library object and i am afraid of loosing them after reinstalation.

If rolling back the Windows update did not work (assuming you have restarted your machine) then send off the bug report.
Take note of the bug number and follow up with your local Archicad support (remembering it is holiday season).
If you re-install Archicad, you will not lose the imported library objects if they are in the Embedded Library of the project.
If they are in a separate folder that you load as a linked library, that will be fine as well, so long as you do not delete that folder.

At the first thank you for reply. As a student I am using student version of archicad. But yes i did restart my notebook. The objects are not form archicad library, I download BIM object as LCF file and after import to archicad. Sorry but how can i reinstall Archicad with keeping the library file if it is even possible.

If you get Archicad working again and you reopen the file, if the objects were added to the embedded library, then they will be ready for use and there is nothing you need to do, as they are embedded in the file.
If the objects become "Missing" in the library manager, then all you need to do is re-link the libraries that you have downloaded.

hi, finally they wrote me back from support, where according to the bug report ID they found out that it is necessary to install additional third-party files, specifically Microsoft Visual C++
1)Go to the microsoft website: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170
2)Download the x64 and x86 Microsoft visual C++ 2019 Redistrubutable files
3)Install both files
4)Then restart the computer and Archicad should start
///check your system if it is compatible

I'm having the same problem on a clean installation.
I have followed the instructions and installed Microsoft Visual C++ but is still not working.
