Under View/3D Window Settings, make sure 3D Engine is set for "OpenGL".
AC19(9001), 27" iMac i7, 12 gb ram, ATI Radeon HD 4850 512mb, OS 10.12.6

Do you have an (updated) Windows-7 compliant display driver for your video card? Ample memory available?
