CRASH: Materials Attribute & PhotoRendering Settings

My colleagues machine is crashing whenever she goes to Photorendering settings or to the Materials attributes.

This occurs:
-From both current and new files.
-After restarting machine.

It doesnot occur on other machines.
We have installed the latest Hotfix.

Do I have any other choice than uninstalling and reinstalling Archicad?

I had this happen awhile ago on one of my files. As I recall I fixed with a New & Reset (hold down the option/alt then go to the file menu and you will see the New option change) ... Good luck.

How's the weather out there? Do you miss the Oregon rain?
