Cabinet Hardware not showing in elevations

When I open an elevation some cabinets will show panels and hardware and others will not show hardware or panels. When I copy and paste the cabinets they still don't show the hardware or details of the cabinet. How do I fix this?

Are these cabinets from the default library? I can think of two possibilities:

1. The different objects have been scripted differently. This is less likely if they are all GS objects (though not impossible).
2. Some objects are set to display as per the current MVO, while the display of others are overridden in the parameters.
