Hi,
I just reformatted my imac due to some issues. We've now reinstalled Archicad and License Manager is up and running but I'm not able to connect to server.
I've checked all other machines in our office and they're using the same address.

Hi John,
It is not clear for me: does anyone else have issues connecting to the BIMcloud, or only you?

Maybe ports on your computer are not opened, or some other network settings prevent you to connect.

Thank you for the response.
As it happens, the machine's connection to the network is the cause due to wrong account credentials. It's all good now. Thank you.
