Hi David,

If your browser / display is smaller than 7xx px (i can't recall exact number now, but basically it is below tablet size), then you'll get the message you shared. Please open the download page with a full screen display if you're accessing the site already from a desktop.

Are you using SAFARI? I could not download either but it works with CRHOME.

Hi David:

FYI - I'm running macOS (Apple Silicon) and mine downloaded and installed just fine.  I did have to log in to my account but after that the downboad worked just fine.  My "desktop" is in fact a MacBook Pro with loads of unified memory and an Apple 27" Studio Display.

Access via Safari is less than impressive

Yes.

Edit: You could try logging out with your GSID on your other devices and then log back in with your Mac Studio to see if that works ?

I used FireFox - no problem with the download.
