Archicad stops working showing a spinning graphic. The following message appears asking permission to allow the codemeter app to make changes to the computer. This happens repeatedly. How do I reset the app to not continually make this request?

What are the details in the 'Show more details' in the that codemeter UAC prompt?
It seems like something is wrong with your codemeter service running the background, and its possibly attempting to restart itself.
Archicad would go in to spinning wheel mode as it is unable to find a licence cause the codemeter service has stopped.
Was archicad and codemeter running fine previously?
I would suggest trying to reinstall or update the codemeter service.

True, if this is popping up frequently while working, might it be a firewall issue?

Archicad and codemeter were running without a problem previous to the messages popping up. And Archicad returns to running without a hitch once I click "Yes" to the codemeter prompt. I will re-install the Code Meter service. Thanks.

Thursday
Hello,
had the same issue. After alt tabing into archicad from some other program, the archicad would freeze. If you opened codemeter, you would see that it was unable to load license, so it was looking for it on the server - meaning archicad would freeze. Reinstalled wibukey, and codemeter from newest versions on ArchiCad website. Restarted the pc and from that time it didnt freeze single time.
Still dont know what cause the issue to appear, but doesnt metter that much since it works now.
