Flickering mouse

Hey guys,

Today AC16 started to behave very strange. When I try to do any action on a drawings the mouse start flickering. I know there were some conversations previously about this issue in other AC versions, but for me this problem just started today.

At least something has changed in Win7 since Friday I can't find an answer to it.

Any help will be appreciated.

I've just found out that this flickering only happens in one of the layouts and not on the rest. That's so weird. I will try to recreate the sheet and see what happens.
