Archicad help mentions a 'full screen' mode under the Display menu but is not there. Has this option been discontinued?

as far as i'm aware, this is only an option on PCs.

you're not missing out on much, it removes the title bar, and hides the task bar... so on a 21" screen you gain about... a half inch of space, not really a whole lot.
