i'm trying to solve a problem that a customer of mine has..maybe you can help me..He has Archicad 11 in a new computer with Windows Vista Home edition 32bit and he can't print in his plotter that model is HP DesingJet 500PS 42roll this plotter has usb connection,from the same computer he can print in autocad.When you give the print to Archicad the plotter works on the paper but prints nothing on it and cancels the print after some seconds.
