I suggest pressing "F1" or opening the Manual first. This seems such a basic question.
Teamwork is not an "option" anymore: it's integrated in the main application. Frankly, I have never used Teamwork, so I'm about the last person to ask how it actually works, but it sits there, right into your installed ArchiCAD.
It's in the main menu "Teamwork", but I assume you need to set up some general things first, before you can use it with different people over your LAN.
Try "Share This Project..."
