Issues with dropdown menu after the last hotfix

I'm running a MacBook M3 OS Sequoia 15.6.1 and Archicad 28.3.1. I've been having an issue since downloading the last hotfix, where the dropdown menus won't go away after I use them. For example, I opened the file menu, and now I have the grey rectangle in the top left corner of my screen that I can't close. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a solution? File size doesn't seem to matter. I've rebooted the computer several times, and it continues to happen.

For Archicad 28, there is already hotfix which adresses this issue.

For Archicad 29 there is at the moment preview version which should solved it too I think (did not check the list of fixed DEFs)

I think this is the defect mentioned in this post.

The description is not very good, but I think it is the same problem.

If not, I didn't see this fix in the list.
