Usually it is just grey in the attribute manager and it doesn't do anything if you click on it.
No mention of anything in help either that I can see.

Hi Barry,
I prefer Dwight's explanation, but that tab is actually for the MEP attributes.
No, I have zero idea how that icon relates to MEP at all, or which of blue, red or yellow is M, E or P ... maybe in Hungarian.😉

If you have the MEP addon then you will see the attributes as shown.
The colored blobs of the MEP tab symbol look a lot like the continents on the Cities tab to the left.
