License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

New Graphisoft web site (https://graphisoft.com/) is not accessible from remote workstation.

I am not sure this is intentional.

https://online-test.graphisoft.com/ and https://graphisoftid.graphisoft.com/ work fine, but https://graphisoft.com/ gives an error.

Have you tried with a different browser?
Make sure that that address is not being blocked by your firewall (don't ask me how).

Anton, do you mean through a Remote Desktop application?
What is your setup? Which browser? Which remote desktop application are you using?

Just a standard remote Windows 10/Windows Server 2019 workstation (in this particular case on Google Cloud, but has the same issue on AWS and Asure) and it affects all the browsers — Chrome, Explorer, Firefox, etc.

It looks like some sort of overzealous IP-related filer that blocks the dynamic cloud IPs for the main GS site, but does not do that for all the subdomains. Whoever did the site setup, should be able to tell the difference in routing/IP handling for the main site vs. the subdomains (that are all seem to be working fine).

I won't ask. 😉 It is not blocked. I did set the firewall up myself. 😉

Dear Anton,

Thank you very much for reporting the issue and I am very sorry about the issue!

First, I would like to make sure that all of the addresses below are uninterrupted and allowed by any firewall/VPN/antivirus rules:

http://activity-api.graphisoft.com
graphisoftid.graphisoft.com
graphisoftid-api.graphisoft.com
licensemanager.graphisoft.com
ruleservice-api.graphisoft.com
bimx-service.graphisoft.com
https://bimx-api.graphisoft.com
https://bimx.graphisoft.com

If that doesn't help, I'm wondering if it is possible to open the License Manager Tool and login from there?
Also, I saw that you are still using Internet Explorer (the old one). Could you give a try with another, most up to date browser, as IE is very old by today standard.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Best regards,
Minh
