Offset Wall Contour Line?

Any way to offset the contour line of a door, so it aligns with plywood or framing etc. (the red line)?

No, that is the internal or external contour of the wall (i.e. the sill lines).

I am not familiar with the standard door objects (I don't use them), but look for an option to show a finish line (i.e. a tile/carpet line) or maybe a threshold?
