Optimising Archicad for a 1.4 GB file

Bonjour, je travaille actuellement avec la version 29 sur un projet dont le fichier fait 1,4Go. Je constate des lenteurs, y a t il une amélioration un paramétrage qui me permettrait de régler ce problème. Quelle est la configuration optimale pour travailler sur ce genre de fichier ?

Bonjour @AL3X15. Without looking at your specific project, I will say when Archicad has become slow for me it is more often specific elements rather than the overall file size. Things like large image files and high poly-count objects are common offenders, especially when they are repeated. Examples that come to mind are hundreds of wine bottles in a cellar, each was over-modeled and cumulatively they brought Archicad to a standstill. Similarly, a coworker modeled a wood floor made of end-grain blocks. Truly wonderful in real life. But she used a hi res image of a single block to make a surface where that image was tiled thousands of times. Archicad was not happy.

I would do an exercise of turning off half the layers, then inverting that, then cutting each group in half again, etc. etc. and see if you can isolate any problem elements or attributes.That is not to say housekeeping like preference cleaning is not in order. But if there are problems elements in the project none of those other things will resolve your issue.
