Martin here in Australia we offer service to all our customers second to none. Don't take my word for it, look at some facts, look at our websites, the help menu's, the tech support crews, the localisation of product to help you make your job easier, local manufactures involvements, tutorials. I would be very surprised if anyone around the world offered better service there customers. We do all this so you get the most out of your investment.
What's this lower level of service with older versions? We support all versions of ArchiCAD equally. Do you think we sit here and asses what version our customer is on think about whether we should help them?
I know here in Melbourne we do everything we can with our resources to help our customers as much as we can.
The reason we don't distribute Demo copies is a commersial decision. If you give a ferrari to someone without a steering wheel you can get frustrated and get put off by it. Thus it is dismissed and becomes a coaster. We do more than offer demo's we show people how a an amazing piece of software can help a business grow, prosper and become efficient.

Yes, it crossed my mind before, but I believe it takes adventurous people like Link and yourself to be really good at travelling all over the world doing this kind of job, always facing new environments and new challenges.
But I guess you guys get a lot out of it in terms of experience and fun.
