Is it possible to switch the ArchiCAD language through a process like this?

No, sadly not. Maybe in the future, but right now the language is linked deeply into everything in AC.

@honista If your Archicad installation includes multiple language versions, you can usually switch by installing or launching the specific language edition rather than changing it with a simple in-app setting, so it really depends on how the software was installed.

Perhaps in the future, but for now, the language is intricately connected to every aspect of AC.
