Software shutdown issue

Hi, my Archicad 16 will not shut down properly. The file that im working on at the time will close but the actual software will not close unless I "force" it to by clicking on the red cross a few times!! Any help would be great,

I am having the same issue with Archicad 16 (64 bit) Windows 7 Professional when closing the program. The task manager shows multiple archicad starter.exe running?
Were you able to solve your problem....I am living with this but am not happy. There is definitely something wrong.

If yours is a licensed (supported) version - have you been in touch with Tech Support?
