License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, October 19, between 4 and 6 PM CEST. This may cause a short 60-minute outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool may not function properly. Start Error window appears when I try to open ArchiCAD

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have Windows XP and ArchiCAD 14, student version.
When I finally got ArchiCAD downloaded, i downloaded a tutorial, too, and after that my ArchiCAD won't open.
When I try to open ArchiCAD on my computer, this pops up:

ArchiCAD.exe: Start Error

?GetConnectionInfoFileLocation@TWCB@@YI?AVLocation@IO@@XZ not found. Function is not available in TWClientBase.dll!

If anyone knows what to do, please tell me, I use this software in a class and it would mean so much if you would!

As a first step I would try to uninstall and reinstall the program.
Make sure you have administrator privileges when running the installer.
