Hi guys,
This is a typical 'Far from Origin' symptom. If you see that your textures get fuzzy, and/or the green selection box in 3D is not where the edges of the element is, then you can be sure that there's at least one element in your project that is far from your model (like at least ~5 km far).
This usually happens when you start working far from the ARCHICAD origin, but accidentally leave something close to it. In this specific case, either the objects on the hidden layer were far from the rest of the model, or they weren't scripted/saved properly, and their object origin was actually far from the model (that happens a lot, mostly because of objects created by Add-ons).
