System failure, cannot deactivate licence and activate on new system

Hi Archicaders!,

so I was running Archicad 25 on an old system which underwent a critical system failure (the motherboard has burnt out or short-circuited) and cannot be booted. the licence needs to be deactivated from that system in order for me to use it on my new system. I have already lost 3 days to this issue and urgently need an answer on how to solve this issue.

You will have to call Graphisoft support, they are the only ones who can fix it. 

This same thing happened to me.
