TOO MANY WINDOWS OPEN

Anonymous
Not applicable
Every time I use the arrows to go forward/backward in the Layout a new window opens for each page and all the details on that page open too...how do I turn this OFF?...it is driving me nuts with all these windows open.

Where is the button to tell either MACTEL or ARCHICAD not to open a "new" window everytime I turn around.

ALSO, when I say save I can't figure out WHAT I am saving...the layout?, the drawing?, the plan?...or do I just close windows until it finally asks if I want to save.

in archicad 10: the file. the whole kit and kaboodle: model, layouts, everything. if you quit with some windows left open, then those are the windows that open by default the next time you start archicad.

you shouldn't get a new layout window opening using the 'arrow' buttons unless you've mapped the 'open next layout in new window' command to your arrow buttons. and since i'm pretty sure that command doesn't exist it must be you double clicking the layouts in the layout map of the navigator.

chill out a bit too, hey?
