Teamwork projects crashes when dif. AC vers. open

Hi there, we have a problem;

TW project AC 28 is open. Then open some minutes TW AC 26 project (to copy something for new project).

> TW project AC 28 crashes (macOS program doesn't move or so message, without AC bug message)......

This problem we had before AC24/23, AC25/24, AC 26/25, etc...... Always the newer AC version open and crashes when older AC version is open (Teamwork).

If you are just copying something from the old file, can you just open it in version 28 as well?

I have no idea how BIMcloud/teamwork works as I don't use it.

Hi Barry,

From the swiss IDC support, we deleted all in the cache folder (macOS);

/Users/macstudio2/Library/Caches/Graphisoft

And near all files in this folder (macOS);

/Users/macstudio2/Library/Application Support/GRAPHISOFT

(Not DXF-DWG Translators xx.x.x CHE and DGN-Konfiguration xx.x.x CHE)

We deleted now TW Data too, because of the crashing. It was soooo many GB space.......

Before the AC TW File had long time to load.....

And now after new loading alle files, it's now better. We hope it runs more stable now.....
