Text copy and paste

Hi All.

Ive started work with a new company and the pasted text will change size to a random size whenever I copy and paste text into a label or into the text tool.

Does anyone know why this happens and how this can be fixed?

This template is a very old AC template saved-as with each new version of AC, so its not great but its what I have to work with.

Thanks.

Are you zooming in or out?

See this thread.

Nope, no zooming. Just a straight paste in.

Hello,

Thank you for the report and I am very sorry about the experience!

As Ling mentioned, this issue happens when you copy/paste text while zooming in/out. There is also a different scenerio: When you copy/paste a text between different scale drawings the text size will also not be the same.

Is that the issue you are having here? Thank you very much!

Best regards,
Minh

Nope, this happens in the same plan/view.

If I paste text from one label into another label it can sometimes change the text size too.

Can you record a short movie of it happening?
Then we can see exactly what is happening.
