Unless you're running Vista x64 ... you simply can't use more than 4GB of RAM on a Windows PCWhich would lead one(or me at least) to the obvious conclusion that if you want to use more than 4Gb of RAM, then use Vista x64. I can't think of any good reason why you wouldn't use Vista x64 either. Sure there are problems with drivers for some older hardware, but have you tried plugging that same hardware into an OSX box?
