Can you show us the next screen of DxDiag where the graphic card details are shown?
It could be that your graphic card doesn´t support the minimal requirements for archicad or simply that your drivers are out of date.
You should use a more descriptive subject, by the way, this one is to generic.

You seem to have a video card installed that is compatible.
But you are probably running Archicad using the built-in video card on your mother board.
In the system settings > Display > Graphics, you need to set the Archicad program to run in 'High performance' mode so it uses the dedicated graphics card.

still not working even though i changed that setting, the pop-up still pops up .

I cannot find that exact Vivobook model... Are you able to provide the GPU infomation as Jp asked? You can also find it on the display page of your System Information.
