Seems unlikely - the WIBU server software works on Windows, OSX, and Linux - you NAS appliance is probably running some sort of custom OS.
You may be lucky, and have a NAS which is running Linux underneath it all, but you'd still need to be able to get access to it and get hold of build of the WIBU software that will run on it's architecture (some flavour of ARM probably).
The WIBU support guys are very helpful though - so if you find your NAS does run linux and you can get access to it via TTY, then I'd recommend asking them if they have binaries available for your platform.
