Hello,
I recently installed Archicad 29 (and then 28) on my MacBook Air M1 (8 GB RAM, 256GB, macOS 26.0.1), and I am unable to launch the application. Both Archicad and the License Manager Tool bounce briefly and then close immediately.
Here are the steps I’ve taken so far:
Despite all these steps, Archicad still does not start. In CodeMeter logs, the server runs correctly, and my student license is active. When attempting to launch Archicad, I saw an error indicating that dglib requires macOS 10.9 or newer, even though I am on macOS 26.
Could you please advise on a solution? I am trying to get Archicad running asap.

Hi @victorcaru, Did you first check that you installed the apple silicone version of Archicad ?

Ok, can you reach out to Graphisoft support in your region ?

I actually did, it turns out it's a software issue since i'm running MacOS tahoe 26.0.1 (macOS somehow blocks it from launching for some reason); my best bet right now is waiting for MacOS 26.1, or downgrading to Sequoia.

I haven’t upgraded to Tahoe just yet because of what I have read about it on this forum. Thank you for the information and I will hold off from upgrading till it is safe to do so.

Yes, remain on Sequoia for as long as you can, Tahoe is still unstable.
