cannot update hardware key to archicad 30 in license manager

I have a hardware key. I used license manager to try to update it to recognize archicad version 30 already installed in my computer, but the license manager does not let me update the hardware key (it is grayed). although license manager recognises the hardware key as "updated"

I don't see any available updates for your protection key: 

Is it still possible to upgrade that key to ArchiCAD 30? ArchiCAD 29 was supposed to be the last version available with a perpetual license. Contact your local Graphisoft partner for more information.
