disable palette on archicad 10

Dear All,

I have a really stange problem on my computer when installing archicad
10 INT. Some of the palette does not display the pictures related to the tools. I get some empty white window instead. The problem is definitely related to the OS or the video card driver because I have this problem only on this computer. Other computer with the same Turkish Os (XP pro) and the same video card does not get this trouble. I have installed new driver (INTEL (R) 82845GL extreme card) without success.

I joined a "screen print" to let you appreciate the issue. There is somehow
something wrong with a dLL but which one and why. Note that archicad 10 turkish is not better related to this issue.
Do I have a virus or another program is sharing the same dLL ?

Thanks for any help

Regards

Jean-Luc

As already concluded in other dicsussions on the same topic:

Run Windows update. You need XP Service Pack 2 to run Archicad 10.

It may work on that machine, but you might run into other problems running SP1.

Unless you have a reason to avoid the update, you might want to try it before you rule it out.

AFAIR JeanLuc had trouble installing SP2 and had to revert to SP1 ...

... his machines did not like SP2 for wahteevr reason.

Correct?

Good that you solved your problem.

I do not rule out the fact that installing xp SP2 solve the problem in certain case.
I just notice that archicad works with SP1 on both machines
