@Lee Hankins I assume since you are using a Mac that you are also using the Safari browser. There is a bug in these forums such that you cannot edit posts using Safari. It sounds like that might also affect some other features. I reported this bug when this new forum format first launched but it has not been fixed. I'd like to raise the issue again but I'm not sure the best person to contact. In the meantime editing in Chrome does work.

I’ve noticed this too and have reported it. Apparently it’s a known issue and randomly affects Safari. Some updates to Safari make it work again and then others cause it to break and they cannot locate the issue. It has been suggested to use Firefox or Chrome. Unfortunately there are quite a few website have issues with Safari.

Interestingly editing with Safari on an iPad works just fine.

That’s useful to know.

Not sure if this was resolved. I went simple method of adding to any printer option in page settings required paper size under manage custom sizes.
Then set that size to be active with any printer. Once I picked print option and changed to printer to be used it seems to have taken previously chosen size for printing. Couple of screenshots showing different sized paper below.
Not sure if this will do as workaround. Also note that Safari is not letting us reply to topic hence my reply using Microsoft Edge.

Now for the more pressing issue that came up after installing Preview AC27 3.0 update. After installing it licence manager now doesn't let me sign in to server to upload licence. After pressing Sign in button all I get is greyed out button and no pop up dialog shows up to sign in. Only solution is to quit and we have ne means of uploading our licences at this point so lets hope no issues arise whilst solution is found.
ArchiCAD 27.2.2 Hotfix did not have this issue.

Be sure to contact Central Innovation with this problem.
I have not yet installed the 27.3 preview, but it is certainly all working with 27.2

Are you able to upload the license key directly from Archicad rather than using License Manager?

Thanks for that. This could be a workaround until either Apple or Graphisoft fix the issue. I suspect it’s Apple as it affects most software where Page Setup is available.

I am not well versed on contacting "powers to be" so happy for any of you to do that on my behalf regarding inability to upload licence via licence manager tool.
