preview on Windows Explorer

Hi.
I've install Windows 7-64, and, after the installation of ArchiCAD 12, there are no previews of the objects in Windows Explorer. So I go to the folder Graphisoft Shell Extension and execute the 'register.bat', right?
But it doesn't work... what can I do now?

More than 9 months have passed since this thread began and now that v.14 is born, does it have the necessary dll to show GDL object/pln previews on Windows x64?

Have been toying with upgrading my machine and OS for the speed improvements but the lack of previews is a bit of a deterrent at the moment.

Cristina how are you managing your extra library parts without this?

What about in OS X?
All my objects appears with GDL generic icon. Is there a way to show preview image inside Finder?

Now that I'm running a 64-bit system, I find that some objects preview correctly and some just don't. There is no pattern as to the version or platform on which they were created.

Anyone have it working consistently?

Hi all, is there a URL for download a trial version for windows 7? and How to install the ArchiCAD？ Is there any tutorial on the installation? (sorry to be so troublesome. I am new to ArchiCAD.)
