top toolbar

please help i accidentally

 

deleted my top toolbar and my 3D window.. how do i get them back?

It appears you ‘deleted’ (really just closed) your Standard toolbar.  You can go to Window>Toolbars>and select Standard.  And/or, if you want to customize or return to AC defaults, you can go Options>Work Environment>Apply Profile>Architectural (or MEP Engineering…), or go into Work Environment and customize a new one.

As to the 3D Window, you can right-click in the 2D window and select Show All in 3D.
