which model iMac 21.5" is worth to buy for AC12 to AC14 ?

I look for someone who have used both models of current iMac - 21.5" : 2.9GHz with 640M Graphics & 2.7 GHz with 650M Graphics.

Is there any noticeable difference in performance between these two models while using AC12 and AC14 ?
