zoom commands are GONE!

I got an error message trying to save a file in AC9 which said "error writing file..." as the hard disc was full, and AC started to act strange at that point so I saved the file to a peripheral hard drive, cleared off some space on the internal hard drive, then quit/restarted AC to clear the issue. it was then that I noticed the usual zoom/window and zoom/previous commands in the pull-down menu were just gone! This freaked me out, so I uninstalled AC, restarted the computer and reinstalled AC.

All to no avail - these important commands are gone and I feel like I'm drawing with only one hand.

HELP!

You can try to fix this by going to Options>Work Environment>Command Layout Schemes and selecting one of the standard schemes here to restore your missing commands. Also, you could try a New & Reset.

How about just an application restart with proper disk allocation?

OK, finally can get back to you on this.

I had tried the work environment dialog box, but I guess I didn't perform both change options in the upper two corners of the dialog box: "apply schemes of profile" and "apply scheme", or I changed the wrong one... anyway today I changed both to AC9 Standard US and presto, am zooming about as normal.

Thanks much,
