426 Subset library errors in 10

When I download the libraries here: http://www.graphisoft.com/support/archicad/downloads/library_updates10/USA.html

ArchiCAD 9 to ArchiCAD 10 Subset library (downloads) ArchiCAD 9 Subset for ACSE9.lcf
ArchiCAD 8.1 to ArchiCAD 10 Subset library (downloads) ArchiCAD 81 Subset for AC10.lcf
ArchiCAD SE9 to ArchiCAD 10 Subset library (downloads) ArchiCAD SE9 Subset for AC10.lcf

...and load with the 10 library I get up to 426 library loading errors?

Is this correct?

Aren't those duplicate filenames?
Those are considered as warnings only and the libraries will work, because objects are not identified by names but their unique ids.
