9.0 parameters don`t show up in 8.1

my objects made in AC9.0 are ok till I open them in 8.1,
all the parameters just dissapear...
this happened to anyone or is just me?

How can you open 9.0 objects in 8.1? PLN and GSM is not downward compatible, isn't it?

Well, one can save a .pln in an earlier format,
I know they don`t work backwards.
but I had no idea it`s the same with .gsm files.

So, if I need the library objects in both 9.0 and 8.1 I have to do them in 8.1??

I think so, yes. Better do it in 7.0. Then you can use it in start edition too. 😉
