AC11 Label object switching to another label

Hi anyone able to enlighten me as to why a label object I have made and allocated to a label switches to another label everytime I close the pln file and open it up again.

One thing I did notice is that it is grouped below a line with some other label objects whereas the label it resets it's self to is one of the labels above the line. Anyone know what the significance of the split in the list of the labels is?
