Looks like you don't have the Accessories library loaded.

If the accessories weren't loaded would they show up in this Design/Design Extras / Accessories pull-down menus ?
I've loaded and reloaded and restarted several times, frustrating !
mahalo for any suggestions

Your accessories goodies are loaded correctly otherwise they wouldn't show in the menu.
But when installing the accessories goodie it also installs a library but does not load that library automatically.
You must find and load the library yourself.
See this thread about the roof accessories.

Aloha, thanks for bearing with me, I have used these tools many times over the years and never had such trouble before.
I looked at the link, and now cannot find an Accessories Library.
Remember I am in AC11,

There should only be one.
Maybe you have installed the goodies after applying a hotfix to 11.
If so just run the lates hotfix again.
Also select the accessories add-on in the add-on manager list and have a look at the ADD-ON INFO section to see where it is installed.
Check both that you have in the list.
This image shows it in 16 but 11 should be similar.
The object library you will need to load through the Library Manager.
I don't have 11 installed so i can't say exactly where it will be but look in the ADD-ONS folder in the 11 program folder of your hard drive.
