AC14 - Sunshade settings

Window settings-Sunshade settings:
Type: Regular
Panel style: 9-horizontal boards

If sunshades are opened the boards are horizontal, but when I shut them they are vertical.
OK, I selected style 8, but in both ways the boards are vertical.
What to do? I need shut shades and horizontal boards.

Open the sunshade 90 degrees in the 3D view. You will see that the sunshade is comprised of boards going in either direction. One side of the object is comprised of horizontal boards and the other side vertical.

You can easily create your own custom sunshade/shutter panel. The one you are proposing could be constructed in a couple of minutes with rectangular slabs. Search for "Custom Components" in your ArchiCAD help feature. Same principle applies for door panels, window panels etc.
