BIM Components: Cant upload

We keep getting an error when trying to upload an *.LCF file onto Bim Components.

Is there any specific reason for this that we can resolve, or is the issue on the BimComponents. Or is the issue on the web side of things?

Hi,

I would check the following things:

• See if you can upload the same LCF from other browsers. Maybe the issue is that the Browser you are using is unsupported.
• See if you can upload it from a different computer. Maybe there's a local issue with your computer.
• Try uploading from a different network. Maybe you have a firewall/proxy/etc. that blocks the connection.
• Try all the above with a different LCF with some more simple contents. Maybe this LCF contains something that BIMcomponents can't handle. If this is the case, please send me the LCF in a Private message, so that we can see what might be the problem with it.

Hopefully one of the above will help. If not, then please post the results of your tests here.
