How to create this type of Bahama Shutter in Archicad 28: Mac Silicon Education Version?

Never seen those before, but you could do a second sloped wall and insert your shutter Window into that, then if you need to show it, bridge some Beams back to the wall.

What we usually do is make two windows : one for the glass and on for the shutters  

Then combine them

Create a normal window and a separate shutter made with the main sash opening type as Top hung and sash type as Vent sash then place one top of the other.
