Basic Electrical Item 19 Library folder missing

Hi there.

Does anyone have my problem?
The "Basic Electrical Item 19" Library folder is missing.
That means no:
Electrical Switch, Outlet, etc.
How did that happen?

My Libraries are up to date. 6/1/2016

Please advise.
